Just in time for my first round of fall mini sessions this weekend, I'm getting around to posting some pretty pictures from summer minis! It really is amazing all that you can do in a short 20 minute session. I only guarantee 10 photos from these sessions, but I almost always end up with more. ;) Here are a few of my favorites from the fun, sweet people I got to hang out with this summer! First up is my youngest mini-session client ever, who was not exactly interested in being in pictures! He worked with us juuuusst enough to give me a few sweet shots, though. Look how smitten mama and daddy are...SIGH! This little guy came to see me for a second mini session, and I'm pretty sure he didn't stop moving the whole 20 minutes! He is such a fun little guy. :) Then came these 3 crazy girls, who also did not stop moving the whole time!! These sisters were absolutely adorable, and as you can see candy is their love language. I'm with you, girls. Another family I saw for last year's minis too. Love these guys, and how much they laughed through their session! And last but not least was another sweet family full of smiles. I could not get over this little guy's smile, it was contagious!!

Another sweet little baby I can't wait to show off! Mason was boy #3 for this family, and he is such a sweet little guy. His brothers absolutely ADORE him - let me tell you, siblings loving on their new baby is one of the sweetest things in the whole world. Getting to capture that on camera is such an amazing opportunity, it is one of my favorite parts of newborn sessions! Enjoy a few of my favorites of this new family of FIVE, and sweet baby Mason.
ohhh man, going back to this session to blog it reminded me that it was one of my FAVORITES so far this year! I absolutely loved this location - the West Bottoms in Kansas City. This family has been in front of my camera before, but this is by far my favorite session I've done with them! I love love loved their outfit choices, and I love love loved our location options! So many unique and fun backdrops. I had a hard time picking favorites to blog, but enjoy what I was able to narrow it down to. :)
oh, hi there! I know, it's been a while. But here I am, with a fun session to share! Meet Henry. Henry's mama is one smart cookie (and also happens to be one of my best friends) - she set up this session so we could get photos of Henry with his grandparents! It was so incredibly sweet to watch these grandmas (and grandpa!) love on Henry - grandparent/grandchild relationships are so special. I am so happy I got to document this for Henry, and I hope these photos are something he will look back on and treasure when he's older.
